If you are a Junior or Senior High School in Rensselaer or Columbia County and have a spring musical you will
want to participate in this program!
Capital Area Productions will be hosting their First Annual School Drama Awards. CAPS will
attend local Junior and Senior High Schools spring Musical productions at the invite of the schools. At the end of the
season we will announce the winners in the following categories:
BEST ACTOR or ACTRESS (2 awards given at $100 each)
BEST SUPPORTING ACTOR or ACTRESS (or Ensemble) (2 awards given at $50 each)
The winners will receive a framed certificate and the school Drama Program will receive donations in the winners name.

caps@nycap.rr.com. We will need 2 tickets to one of your shows, please provide us the dates and times. (we can not guarantee attendance
but will do our best to accommodate all requests)
Award winners will be posted on the CAPS website and announced by press releases to the local media outlets.
